Our Refund Policy complies with Dutch and EU consumer protection laws and withdrawal rules.

Customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of purchase, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Physical Products
Physical products must be returned within 14 days of notification and in their original condition. Refunds, including standard shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.

Transmissions & Healings
Light Transmissions, Essence Vibration Transmissions, Healings, and other services that have already been delivered or performed are not eligible for a refund, as permitted by applicable law.

Light Programs, Healing Journeys & Trainings
By purchasing a Light Program, Healing Journey, or Training, you reserve a place in a personalised program.

• You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided the program has not yet started.
• If your purchased program starts within the 14-day withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal is lost once services have been provided.
• Once the program has commenced, no refunds will be provided. If a payment plan has been agreed upon, you remain responsible for all remaining instalments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Private Sessions
Private Sessions may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase, provided the session has not yet taken place. Once a session has been delivered, no refund is available.

Appointment Cancellation Terms
Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by email or telephone. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session, or fail to attend without notice, my full hourly rate will be charged, unless there are exceptional circumstances or force majeure.
